It’s been just under an year since we have rebranded our wee business as “VIVE”, AKA Vive Financial Advisers. We have pioneered a huge movement in the industry, spreading financial literacy to the wider-community, bringing simple & comprehensive Financial Advice to everyday Kiwis and re-defining the way Financial Advice (particularly Insurance Advice is given). Consequently, we have also gained rad clients, this past year.
And sometimes, we get asked about our journey and why we started Vive. So in this week’s blog, we’re writing about our Vive Story and five reasons for starting Vive:
To close New Zealand’s Under-insured gap
Generally, Kiwis have polarising views on their need for Insurance. This predominantly comes down lack of knowledge around how Insurance inherently works. Those who understand the role of Insurance in their Financial journey and planning, use it well to achieve them, for free.
To bring free, thorough and easy-to-understand financial advice to every day Kiwis
Insurance, sadly, has been made into this big, scary and intimidating thing. But it doesn’t have to be. There is no denying that Insurance is a vital part of anyone’s financial plan. Hence we want to everyday Kiwis to have access to thorough, easy-to-understand Financial Advice.
To spread importance of Wealth Protection (Insurance)
Due to stigma and natural intimidation towards Insurance, it hasn’t always been viewed in context to one’s overall Financial Plan. Insurance isn’t just Insurance – it’s a powerful Wealth Protection Plan/tool. And we want to raise this awareness.
To help Kiwis make the most of their KiwiSaver accounts
With Kiwis’ average retirement/KiwiSaver funds sitting at $25,000, there is still a lot of gap in Kiwi’s understanding when it comes to KiwiSaver. And our mission is to bridge that gap and help them make the most of their KiwiSaver accounts.
To aid Kiwis in meeting their financial goals and build a life of their financial dreams
Wealth Protection forms a crucial part of the foundation any wealth creation plan is built on. Many often view Insurance as a standalone aspect to their financial wellbeing – but the truth is, it is a powerful tool to help
So there you go! These are the reasons why we do what we do.
